She doesn't just rush in and feed our cat. She takes her time to stay with our cat for a while. She is highly professional and attentive and takes her job very seriously. Weeks before her first cat-sitting job with us, she took the time to come to our house to meet our cat and get familiar with our home. I’ve had sitters in the past who just nod their head and say ok but not really work to understand and maintain the regular routine. I appreciate that Leilani follows up with me and really works to create as few disruptions as possible for my pets. Both my pets have somewhat complicated feeding & medicine routines. Leilani wasn’t thrown off by this at all. Leilani is observant and proactive when it comes to the health of my animals. One time my cat had developed a rash when I was away (possibly before I left). Leilani discovered this and brought it to my attention. We discussed a couple of options of what to do. Everything turned out ok. I bring this up because it further shows how she looks out for my little guys. "
