I appreciate that Leilani follows up with me and really works to create as few disruptions as possible for my pets. Both my pets have somewhat complicated feeding & medicine routines. Leilani wasn’t thrown off by this at all. Leilani is observant and proactive when it comes to the health of my animals. One time my cat had developed a rash when I was away (possibly before I left). Leilani discovered this and brought it to my attention. We discussed a couple of options of what to do. Everything turned out ok.
